1.  Betta 

Siamese fighting fish is known as Betta. Betta is one of the most popular aquarium fish for the aquarist. Its origin came from Cambodia, Vietnam and Thailand. Its colourful and flowing fins can attract anyone. Betta fish usually eat two to four pellets per day. Betta aquariums should provide ample space, filtration, and warm water conditions to thrive. Despite their aggression towards other bettas, they can display interactive behaviour and form bonds with their human caretakers, making them popular pets in the
aquarium hobby.

 

2.  Neon Tetra

Neon tetra is a freshwater aquarium fish which is popular because of its vibrant colour, small size and low cost. Providing a suitable habitat, feeding different diets, and performing routine water changes are important for them.  They are comfortable in a group for living. With due care to them, they can survive upto 5 years. They are very much active and tank and their schooling is much more attractive to the aquarists. 

 

3.  Angelfish

 

Angelfish are commonly popular for their unique shape, colour and behaviour. They are kept in a warm aquarium and the temperature of the tank should be kept around 80ºF. They are categorised in semi-aggressive groups and sometimes may eat small species. Adequate amounts of food should be kept available in the tank so that they don’t attack the other mates. There are varieties of angelfish like silver, gold, black Iace, smokey and chocolate. All the categories are very much unique in nature and increase the beauty of the tank.

Guppy is one of the most popular species in aquarium hobby. It has been distinguished from other species because of its lively characteristics and colourful appearance.  Whatever colour you are thinking to have, there is always a possibility to find a guppy. Average size of a guppy is 2 inch long. It can be accommodated in a small or medium range tank. They look outstanding in a planted aquarium and are very much friendly to other mates.

Goldfish resembles carp but it differs by having no mouth barbels. They are very hardy and the maintenance cost is very low.
